Title

An Ordinance to Create Subsection 2.76(28) of the West Allis Revised Municipal Code Relating to Appeals of Civil Service Commission Determinations.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.  Subsection 2.76(28) of the Revised Municipal Code of the City of West Allis is hereby created to read:

2.76  CIVIL SERVICE, WAGES, HOURS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT.

(28)  Appeals.  Any person aggrieved by a determination of the Civil Service Commission may appeal that determination to the circuit court of Milwaukee County pursuant to the provisions of section 68.13 of the Wisconsin Statutes.

PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
