Resolution relative to approving a lease agreement between Crawdaddy's Restaurant and the City of West Allis to construct a deck for outdoor dining on City owned land at 6400 W. Greenfield Ave.

WHEREAS, the Common Council, through Resolution No. R-2010-0381, granted a special use permit to Crawdaddy's to construct a deck on the east side of the existing restaurant building for outdoor dining/extension of premise use; and,
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has also approved the site, landscaping and architectural plans for said use, subject to Common Council approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis as follows:
1. That the Director of the Department of Development or his designee, be and is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the aforesaid work.
2. That the City Attorney be and is hereby authorized to make such substantive changes, modifications, additions and deletions to and from the various provisions of the Contract, including any and all attachments, exhibits, addendums and amendments, as may be necessary and proper to correct inconsistencies, eliminate ambiguity and otherwise clarify and supplement said provisions to preserve and maintain the general intent thereof, and to prepare and deliver such other and further documents as may be reasonably necessary to complete the transaction contemplated therein.
