Ordinance to amend the official West Allis Zoning Map by rezoning the property located at 10015 W. Greenfield Ave. from M-1 Manufacturing to C-3 Community Commercial District.
 
Body
The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:
 
PART I. The Official West Allis Zoning Map described in Section 12.05 of the Revised Municipal Code is hereby amended to provide that the following described land shall be and is hereby rezoned from M-1/Manufacturing District to C-3/Community Commercial District.
 
A tract of land being in the Northwest ¼ of Section 5, Township 6 North, Range 21 East, in the City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, State of Wisconsin, described as follows:
 
Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Northwest ¼ of said Section 5; thence Southerly, 492.80 feet, along the East line of said ¼ section to the North right-of-way line of West Orchard Street; thence Westerly, 14.70 feet, along the said North right-of-way line of  West Orchard Street, to the centerline of South 100th Street extended; thence Southerly, 30.00 feet to the centerline of West Orchard Street; thence Westerly, 258.90 feet, to the centerline of South 101th Street; thence Northerly, 167.42 feet, along said centerline; thence Northwesterly, 47.65 feet; thence Easterly, 78.68 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot B in Certified Survey Map No. 877; thence Northerly, 308.26 feet to the North line of said Northwest ¼; thence Easterly, 202.79 feet along said line to the Point of Beginning.
 
Said land contains 2.775 Acres, more or less.

PART II. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
