Title
Ordinance to amend Section 12.41 of the Revised Municipal Code relative to permitting pawn shops, junk shops and used clothing, furniture and/or appliance stores as a special use and to amend Sections 12.40 and 12.41 relative to permitting antique stores.
Body
The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:
PART I. Subsection 12.41(2)(ee) of the Revised Municipal Code of the City of West Allis is hereby created to read:
12.41 C-2 Neighborhood Commercial District.

(2) Special Uses.
* * *
(ee) Pawn shop and/or junk shop establishments as defined in Section 9.15.
* * *
PART II. Subsection 12.41(2)(ff) of the Revised Municipal Code of the City of West Allis is hereby created to read:
12.41 C-2 Neighborhood Commercial District.

(2) Special Uses.
* * *
(ff) Used clothing, furniture and/or appliance stores.
* * *
PART III. Subsection 12.40(1)(ll) of the Revised Municipal Code of the City of West Allis is hereby repealed and recreated to read:
12.40 C-1 Central Business District.

(1) Permitted Uses.
* * *
(ll) Antique stores.
* * *
PART IV. Subsection 12.41(1)(ff) of the Revised Municipal Code of the City of West Allis is hereby repealed and recreated to read:
12.41. C-2 Neighborhood Commercial District.

(ff) Antique stores.
* * *
PART V. All ordinances or parts of ordinance contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
PART VI. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
