Title

Resolution authorizing the Finance Department to pay a $3,000 lump sum payout to non-represented Fire Department employees.

Body

WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of West Allis recently ratified the contract with the West Allis Fire Association, which included a lump sum payout to represented employees; and

WHEREAS, the Common Council chooses to provide this lump sum payout to the non-represented protective service employees of the Fire Department.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the non-represented Fire Department employees receive a lump sum payout.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Finance Department is authorized to make such payment.
