Title

An Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. O-2006-0046 establishing the salary of the Alderpersons of the City of West Allis for the four year term of April 15, 2008 through April 16, 2012.

Body

The Common Council for the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.  Part I of Salary Ordinance No. O-2006-0046 shall be deleted and replaced as follows:

April 15, 2008 through April 20, 2009:  Biweekly  $274.00; Annual  $7,124.00

April 21, 2009 through April 19, 2010:  Biweekly  $279.00; Annual  $7,254.00

April 20, 2010 through April 18, 2011:  Biweekly  $284.00; Annual  $7,384.00

April 19, 2011 through April 18, 2012:  Biweekly  $289.00; Annual  $7,514.00

PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.  This ordinance shall take effect April 15, 2008, and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
