Title

A Resolution to Amend and Reaffirm the City of West Allis' Affirmative Action Plan.

Body

WHEREAS, the West Allis Common Council passed an Affirmative Action Plan resolution in 1975 and again in 1994; and,

WHEREAS, the City of West Allis wishes to strengthen its Affirmative Action Plan by giving direct authority to the Affirmative Action Officer; and,

WHEREAS, reports from the Affirmative Action Officer to the Common Council will help to focus attention on Affirmative Action and attaining the City of West Allis' Affirmative Action goals.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the Amended Affirmative Action Plan, attached hereto, be adopted by the City of West Allis.
