Title

An Ordinance to amend Section 5.03(7)(b) of the City of West Allis Revised Municipal Code relative to ambulance service fee.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.  Section 5.03(7)(b) of the City of West Allis Revised Municipal Code is hereby amended as follows:

5.03 FIRE CHIEF.

(7) Ambulance Fee.¹

(b) The fee for the ambulance service shall be Four Hundred Twenty-five Dollars ($425.00) per person per conveyance.  In addition, nonresidents shall be charged (1) $5.50 $7.50 per mile for transports, (2) $30.00 for oxygen use, (3) $75.00 for specialized procedures such as spinal immobilization after motor vehicle accidents, and (4) $100 for on scene care - BLS Nonresident.²

PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and publication.
