Title

An Ordinance to establish the salary of the Municipal Judge of the City of West Allis for the period May 1, 2006 through April 30, 2008.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.  The wage and salary range of the Municipal Judge of the City of West Allis for the period of May 1, 2006 through April 30, 2008 shall be as follows:

Effective

May 1, 2006 through August 31, 2006:  Bi-Weekly Salary  $1,970.40

September 1, 2006 through April 30, 2007:  Bi-Weekly Salary  $2,029.60

May 1, 2007 through April 30, 2008:  Bi-Weekly Salary  $2,090.40

PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.  This ordinance shall take effect May 1, 2006 and be in full force from and after its passage and publication.
