Resolution Granting a Privilege for Encroachment (Major) to New Owner Ziklag Global Investment for properties located at 6217 W. National Ave., 6227 W. Greenfield Ave./6220 W. National Ave., 6229 and 6233 W. Greenfield Ave.

WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 26820, adopted August 7th, 2001, the City of West Allis granted to Creative Community Solutions an existing Privilege for Encroachment Beyond the Lot Line and Within Public Street Right-of-Way, said Privilege providing for:
1. A sign extending and encroaching over the public sidewalk at 6217 West National Avenue,
2. A mansard roof, two (2) window balconies, two (2) exhaust vents and a sign above the sidewalk at 6220 West National Avenue and a mansard roof and sign above the sidewalk at 6227 West Greenfield Avenue,
3. A marquee encroaching approximately thirty-three feet five inches (33'5") long by four feet six inches (4'6") wide and eleven feet (11') above the sidewalk at 6229 West Greenfield Avenue,
4. A projecting sign above the sidewalk at 6233 West Greenfield Avenue,
West Allis, WI; and,
WHEREAS, the properties have now changed ownership to Ziklag Global Investment who desires to retain the Privilege.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of West Allis grants to Ziklag Global Investment the Privilege for Encroachment Beyond the Lot Line and Within Public Street Right-of-Way as stated above.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that additional improvements on said area must require prior approval of the Board of Public Works.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Administrative Officer, Clerk/Treasurer of the City of West Allis are hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver the aforesaid Privilege on behalf of the City of West Allis.
