Resolution to increase a Demonstration Commercial Facade Improvement Project Grant by and between the City of West Allis and Michael R. and Carolyn Hottinger, property owners for the property located at 7730-32 W. National Ave., by $3,216 in an amount not to exceed $35,376.
Body
WHEREAS, the Common Council approved a façade improvement grant to Michael R. and Carolyn Hottinger for the property located at 7730-32 W. National Ave.; and,
WHEREAS, the grant increase is to assist the delivery to project oversight of the grant; and,
WHEREAS, the increase in funding by $3,216 for a total activity of $35,376 is to assist the delivery cost, enforcement of federal provision, and formation of grant documents; and,
WHEREAS, the Director of Development recommends the amendment to assist the payment oversight.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the Demonstration Commercial Facade Improvement Project Grant Contract, be increased by $3,216 for a total payment cost of $35,376.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the funds shall be allocated from the Commercial Façade Improvement Program.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that an amount not to exceed $3,216 be appropriated from the Community Development Block Grant Funds Commercial Façade Improvement Program to pay the liability that will be incurred under the aforesaid Contract by the City of West Allis.
