Resolution accepting work of William Beaudoin & Sons Inc. for 2004 Project No. 20, Street Construction, Storm Sewer, Building Services & Utility Adjustments, and authorizing and directing settlement of said contract in accordance with contract terms.

WHEREAS, William Beaudoin & Sons Inc. has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor, attested by the approval for payment by the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:
William Beaudoin & Sons Inc. - 2004-20
for the installation of new storm sewer, new concrete curb and gutter, asphalt pavement, new concrete driveway approaches and utility adjustments in S. 76 St. East Service Dr. from W. Cleveland Ave. to S. Van Dyke Pl. and the milling and asphaltic resurfacing of N/S alley between S. 79 St.-S. 80 St., W. Hayes Ave. and W. Arthur Ave.; N/S alley between S. 78 St.-S. 79 St., W. Hayes Ave. and W. Arthur Ave.; N/S and E/W alley between S. 77 St.-S. 78 St., W. Lincoln Ave. and W. Hayes Ave., and the installation of storm sewer and utility adjustments in Easement 352 feet north of W. Harrison Ave. from S. 84 St. to 148.5 feet west of S. 84 St., at the address 2547 S. 84 St., and Easement north of W. Kinnickinnic River Parkway from S. 72 St. to 135 feet east of S. 72 St., at the address 7128 W. Kinnickinnic River Parkway
be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
