Title

Resolution relative to repealing and recreating the City of West Allis Policies & Procedures Manual No. 2607, Refuse Collection, under Department of Public Works-Sanitation/Street Division.

Body

WHEREAS, Policy No. 2607, Refuse Collection, was originally included in the City of West Allis Policies & Procedures Manual on January 1, 1982, and amended on December 1, 1996; and,

WHEREAS, it is necessary to repeal and recreate said policy at this time due to the extensive amendments made to this policy.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that Policy No. 2607, Refuse Collection, is approved as presented in the attached restatement.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that copy of said policy be distributed to all departments, divisions, and offices.
