Title

An Ordinance to Establish Parking Restrictions on the East Side of the North 320 Feet of the 1300 Block of S. 100 St.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.      Pursuant to Section 10.10 of the Revised Municipal Code, the following parking restriction is established:

Street:  S. 100 St.

Block:  North  320 Feet of the 1300 Block

Side:  East

Restriction:  No Stopping, No Waiting, No Parking, 7:30AM to 8:30AM and 2:30PM to 3:30PM during school days

PART II.      All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.      This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
