Resolution relative to accepting the proposal of LeMay Buick, Pontiac, GMC for furnishing three (3) 2003 GMC 8600 GVW pickup trucks for a total sum of $42,231.95
Body
WHEREAS, The Purchasing/Central Services Division has received a joint proposal through V.A.L.U.E. in Local Government for furnishing and delivering light trucks for the Public Works Department of the City of West Allis, that the proposals received were reasonable; and,
WHEREAS, The Common Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of West Allis that the proposal of LeMay Buick, Pontiac, GMC be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the proposal submitted by LeMay Buick, Pontiac, GMC for furnishing and delivering three (3) 2003 GMC TC25903 pickup trucks for a total sum of $49,231.95 in accordance with V.A.L.U.E. in Local Government Bid #0304 be and is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Purchasing/Central Services Division be and is hereby authorized to issue a purchase order for the aforesaid equipment.
