Title

Ordinance to repeal tattoo and body-piercing uses from Section 12.41 and 12.42 of the Revised Municipal Code and to permit them as Special Uses in 12.43, C-4 Regional Commercial District of the Revised Municipal Code.

Body

PART I.      Subsection 12.41(2)(dd) of the Revised Municipal Code of the City of West Allis is hereby repealed.

PART II.      Subsection 12.43(2)(l) of the Revised Municipal Code of the City of West Allis is hereby created to read:

12.43      C-4 REGIONAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT.

(l)      Tattoo and/or body piercing establishments.

* * *

PART III.      All ordinances or parts of ordinance contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART IV.      This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
