Resolution accepting work of Rawson Contractors, Inc. for installation of concrete curb and gutter, concrete pavement, miscellaneous walk repair, driveway replacement, sanitary sewer relay, storm sewer relay, storm sewer, water main relay, water main, building services and utility adjustments in W. Lapham St. from S. 73rd Street to S. 76th Street in the City of West Allis and authorizing and directing settlement of said contract in accordance with contract terms of 2011 Project No. 8.

WHEREAS, Rawson Contractors, Inc. has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, attested by the approval for payment by the Director of Public Works/City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:
Rawson Contractors, Inc. - 2011 Project No. 8
for installation of concrete curb and gutter, concrete pavement, miscellaneous walk repair, driveway replacement, sanitary sewer relay, storm sewer relay, storm sewer, water main relay, water main, building services and utility adjustments in:
W. Lapham St. from S. 73rd Street to S. 76th Street
be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
