Title

Resolution relative to accepting  the proposal of Bruce Municipal Equipment, Inc. for furnishing residential waste carts for a net sum of $16,800.00.

Body

WHEREAS, The Purchasing/Central Services Division has reported that it has received a proposal for furnishing and delivering residential waste carts for the Public Works Department of the City of West Allis, that the proposal received was reasonable; and,

WHEREAS, The Common Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of West Allis that the proposal of Bruce Municipal Equipment, Inc. be accepted.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the proposal submitted by Bruce Municipal Equipment, Inc. for furnishing and delivering four hundred (400) 95-gallon residential carts for a total net sum of $16,800.00 be and is hereby accepted.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Purchasing/Central Services Division be and is hereby authorized to issue a purchase order for the aforesaid material.
