Title

An Ordinance to Create Subsection 7.12(9) of the West Allis Revised Municipal Code Relating to Banning Dogs at Rogers Playground.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.      Subsection 7.12(9) of the Revised Municipal Code of the City of West Allis is hereby created to read:

7.12      ANIMALS, FOWLS AND BIRDS.

(9)        Dogs Prohibited at Rogers Playground.

(a)      No person shall allow any dog to enter or remain at the Rogers Playground, located at South 56^th Street and West Rogers Street in the City of West Allis.  

PART II.      All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.      This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
