Title

Resolution to create the Policies and Procedures Section 2823, Engineering Division of Public Works, to describe the standard policies followed by the Engineering Division in regard to administering the Residential Private Sanitary Inflow/Infiltration Reduction Fund Program (Private Sanitary Program).

WHEREAS, it is the policy of the Engineering Division of Public Works to follow a uniform policy in administering the Private Sanitary Program; and,

WHEREAS, residential property owners will be required to follow the policies and procedures set forth in Section 2823 in order to receive benefits from the Private Sanitary Program; and,

WHEREAS, the City Engineer will administer the private sanitary program; and,

WHEREAS, this policy applies to all City of West Allis Departments, boards, commissions and the general public.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the Policies and Procedures Section 2823, Engineering Division of Public Works, be included to define the policies and procedures in administering the Residential Private Sanitary Inflow/Infiltration Reduction Fund Program.
