Ordinance to amend the official West Allis Zoning Map by rezoning Honey Creek Cemetery, 19** S. 84 St. (Tax Key No. 478-9999-000) from C-2 Neighborhood Commercial District and RB-2 Residence District to P-1 Park District.

PART I. The Official West Allis Zoning Map described in Section 12.05 of the Revised Municipal Code is hereby amended to provide that the following described land shall be and is hereby rezoned from C-2, Neighborhood Commercial District and RB-2, Residence District to P-1, Park District.
A tract of land located in the Southwest ¼ of Section 4, Township 6 North, Range 21 East, City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Southwest ¼ of the said Section 4; thence Southerly, 281.80 feet, along the East line of the said Southwest ¼ , said East line also being centerline of South 84th Street, to the Point of Beginning; thence continue Southerly, 376.86 feet; thence Westerly, 115.50 feet; thence Northerly, 376.86 feet; thence Easterly, 115.50 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Said land contains 0.9988 Acres, more or less. Said land including parts of City right-of-way.
Said land located at 19** South 84th Street from C-2 Neighborhood Commercial District and RB-2 Residence District to P-1 Park District.
PART II. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
PART III. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
