Title

Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Works/City Engineer to file applications for any grants or loans available with the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources.

Body

WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City of West Allis, Wisconsin, a municipal corporation, to file all appropriate applications for grants or loans, as they become available, to fund, or assist in funding any and all programs under the jurisdiction of the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources; and,

WHEREAS, it is necessary to designate a representative for the City of West Allis for filing said applications.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the Director of Public Works/City Engineer is hereby appointed as the authorized representative for the City of West Allis for the purpose of filing these applications, and that the representative is further authorized and empowered to do all things necessary in connection with said applications and obtain any and all available funding.
