Title

An Ordinance to Delete Subsections 13.21(25), 13.215(24), and 13.28(13) of the West Allis Revised Municipal Code Relating to Penalties for Violation.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.      Subsection 13.21(25) of the Revised Municipal Code of the City of West Allis is hereby deleted.

PART II.      Subsection 13.215(24) of the Revised Municipal Code of the City of West Allis is hereby deleted.

PART III.      Subsection 13.28(13) of the Revised Municipal Code of the City of West Allis is hereby deleted.

PART IV.      The penalty provisions of Section 13.26 shall apply to all violations of Chapter 13.

PART V.        All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby amended.

PART VI.        This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
