Title

An Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 2006-0081 establishing the salary ranges of certain employees in the Health Department of the City of West Allis for the years 2006-2007 (Public Health Specialist and Community Health Nutritionist).

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.  The Attachments 1 through 4 of Salary Ordinance No. 2006-0081 shall be amended by adding the position of Public Health Specialist to the salary ranges of N-7(R) and

N-7(P).

PART II.  The Attachments 1 through 4 of Salary Ordinance No. 2006-0081 shall be amended by adding the salary ranges of N-5(R) and N-5(P) with the position of Community Health Nutritionist.

PART III.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART IV.  This ordinance shall take effect January 1, 2006 and be in full force from and after its passage and publication.
