Title

Resolution relative to accepting  the proposal of SEFAC Heavy Duty Lifts for furnishing and delivering one (1) Mobile Lift System for a total sum of $25,500.00.

Body

WHEREAS, The Purchasing/Central Services Division has reported that it has received proposals for a Mobile Lift System for the Public Works Department of the City of West Allis, that the proposals received as shown on the attached tabulation were reasonable; and,

WHEREAS, The Common Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of West Allis that the proposal of SEFAC Heavy Duty Lifts be accepted.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the proposal dated January 20, 2012 submitted by SEFAC Heavy Duty Lifts for one (1) set SEFAC Mobile Lift, Model # S3 PMZ412082B123 for a total net sum of $25,500.00 be and is hereby accepted.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Purchasing/Central Services Division be and is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the aforesaid equipment.
