An Ordinance to Repeal Parking Restrictions on the West Side of the North 108' of the 1400 Block of S. 94 St.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.      Pursuant to Section 10.10 of the Revised Municipal Code, the following parking restriction is established:

Street:  S. 94 St.

Block:  North 108' of 1400 Block

Side:  West

Restriction:  Repeal No Parking 11:00PM to 3:00AM Except by Permit Restriction

PART II.      All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.      This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
