Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Works/City Engineer to extend the existing parking lease with Lamplight Inn of West Allis to January 31, 2016.

WHEREAS, the City of West Allis and the owners of Lamplight Inn have an existing parking lease which expires on December 15, 2015; and,

WHEREAS, both parties are interested in extending the lease; and,

WHEREAS, this short extension of time will allow both parties to review the terms and rates of the new lease with the current terms of the existing lease in force until January 31, 2016.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City West Allis authorizes the Director of Public Works/City Engineer to extend the existing least until January 31, 2016.
