Title

Resolution relative to transferring $102,720.00 from the Contingency Fund to the Police Dept. Automotive Capital Account for purchasing five (5) Police Squads from Holz Motors.

Body

WHEREAS, the order will be placed in 2009, we will need the funds placed in the 2009 budget due to contractual agreement; and,

WHEREAS, Holz Motors, our preferred vendor will match State of Wisconsin pricing for 2010 Police Squads.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the sum of $102,720.00 be and is hereby transferred from the Contingency Fund to the Police Automotive Account 100 2101 521 7002.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Contingency Fund will be repaid a like sum from the 2010 Police Department Automotive Capital Budget.
