Resolution authorizing and directing the City Engineer to enter into an agreement with Nawkaw for staining of the inside and outside brick on Fire Station No. 3 and Fire Administration Building not to exceed $7,500.

WHEREAS, Plunkett Raysich Architects, has recommended to the City Engineer and Fire Department senior staff that the outside bricks on the Fire Administration building and the inside bricks of Fire Station No. 3 be restored; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer along with the architect have investigated, reviewed and have recommended that Nawkaw Corporation be selected to stain the brick to correct it's appearance at the same time Nawkaw Corporation stains the outside brick on the new Fire Station No. 1; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the City Engineer be and is hereby authorized and directed to enter into an agreement with Nawkaw Corporation in an amount not to exceed $7,500 to stain the outside brick on the Fire Administration building and the inside brick on Fire Station No. 3.
