WHEREAS, It is proposed to improve the streets as hereinafter described.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis:

1. In the judgment of the Common Council it is necessary and in the best interests of the City and the property affected thereby that W. Lapham St. from S. 73 St. to S. 76 St. and portions of intersecting streets be improved by concrete reconstruction with miscellaneous sidewalk repair, new driveway approaches, storm sewer, storm sewer relay, sanitary sewer relay, water main, water main relay, building services and utility adjustments; and W. Ohio Ave. from S. 119 St. to S. 122 St. be improved by concrete reconstruction with miscellaneous sidewalk repair, new driveway approaches, storm sewer, sanitary sewer relay, building services and utility adjustments; and W. Holt Ave. from 95' west of S. 119 St. to 290' east of S. 122 St. be improved by concrete reconstruction with miscellaneous sidewalk repair, new driveway approaches, storm sewer, building services and utility adjustments.

2. The Common Council declares its intention to exercise its police power under Wisconsin Statutes Chapter 66, Subchapter VII, to levy special assessments upon property for the foregoing municipal purposes. The limits of the proposed assessment district shall be generally the property abutting the streets proposed to be improved.
