Title

An Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 6633 relative to the salaries of certain miscellaneous employees of the City of West Allis for the years 2002-2005.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.  Footnote (3) of Salary Ordinance No. 6633 shall be amended to add the following new sentence:

"The Chairman shall receive $15.00 beginning in 2003 and $20.00 beginning in 2005."

PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.  This ordinance shall take effect January 1, 2003 and be in full force from and after its passage and publication.
