Resolution relative to accepting the proposal of Graef, Anhalt, Schloemer & Associates, Inc. for providing engineering and technical support services at a total estimated sum of $49,100.

WHEREAS, The Purchasing/Central Services Division has reported that it duly advertised a request for proposal for engineering services and technical support services for the A-C Reorganization Trust, that the proposals received as shown on the attached bid report were reasonable; and,
WHEREAS, The Common Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of West Allis that the proposal of Graef, Anhalt, Schloemer & Associates, Inc. be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the proposal dated July 28, 2003 submitted by Graef, Anhalt, Schloemer & Associates, Inc. for engineering and technical support services for the A-C Reorganization Trust utility corridor storm water basin project for a total estimated sum of $49,100 in accordance with the City of West Allis RFP #797 be and is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the appropriate city officers be and are hereby authorized to enter into contract for the aforesaid services.
