WHEREAS, L.I.S. submitted a request on behalf of General Capital Group for a Certified Survey Map for property located at the southeast corner of S. 65 St. and W. Greenfield Ave.

BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the Certified Survey Map being a redivision of Lots 1 through 10 in Block 1 in C.A. Maynard & Agnew's Subdivision No. 3 and Lots 7 through 11 in Block 1 in Kenneth Heights Subdivision, all part of the North 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 3, Township 6 North, Range 21 East, in the City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, is hereby approved.
