Resolution accepting work of MJ Construction, Inc. for the installation of sanitary sewer relays and backyard storm sewer in various locations in the City of West Allis and authorizing and directing settlement of said contract in accordance with contract terms of 2008 Project No. 14.

WHEREAS, MJ Construction, Inc. has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, attested by the approval for payment by the City Engineer.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:

MJ Construction, Inc. - 2008 Project No. 14

for the installation of sanitary sewer relays and backyard storm sewer in:

South 54^th Street from West Rogers Street to West Mobile Street,

South 97^th Street from West Schlinger Avenue to West Washington Street,

Easement 745' N. of West Grant St. from South 96^th St. to 160' W. of South 96^th St.,

West Eckel Lane from South 85^th Street to South 88^th Street

be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
