PART I. The Official West Allis Zoning Map described in Section 12.05 of the Revised Municipal Code is hereby amended to provide that the following described land shall be and is hereby rezoned from M-1 Manufacturing, RB-2 Residence District and C-2 Neighborhood Commercial District to C-3 Community Commercial District.

A tract of land, located in the Northeast ΒΌ of Section 4, Township 6 North, Range 21 East in the City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 1, Certified Survey Map No. 6510; thence Easterly, 452.05 feet; thence Northerly, 79.71 feet; thence Easterly, 209.54 feet, to the centerline of South 82nd Street; thence Southerly, 372.00 feet, along said centerline, to the centerline line of West Orchard Street; thence Westerly, 203.00 feet, along said centerline to the centerline of public alley, extended; thence Southerly, 165.00 feet, along said centerline, to the South line of Lot 35, Block 4 in Henderson Park subdivision; thence Westerly, 377.83 feet, to the Northwest corner of Lot 5, Block 5 in Henderson Park subdivision, thence Southerly, 555.00 feet, to the centerline of West Lapham Street; thence Westerly, 186.80 feet, along said centerline to the centerline of South 84th Street; thence Northerly, 1012.00 feet, along said centerline, to the South property line o...
