Title

An Ordinance to Repeal Parking Restrictions on the East Side of the 3000 Block of S. 92 St.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.      Pursuant to Section 10.10 of the Revised Municipal Code, the following parking restriction is established:

Street:  S. 92 St.

Block:  3000 Block, from 275 ft. North of W. Oklahoma Ave. to 335 Ft. North of W. Oklahoma Ave.

Side:  East

Restriction:  Repeal 2 Hour Parking Restrictions

PART II.      All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.      This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
