Title

An Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. O-2006-0047 establishing the salary ranges of the City Attorney of the City of West Allis for the years 2006-2007.

Body

The Common Council for the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.  Part II of Salary Ordinance No. O-2006-0047 shall be amended by changing the commencing date from September 1, 2006 to May 1, 2006.

PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.  This ordinance shall take effect May 1, 2006 and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
