WHEREAS, LaLonde Contractors, Inc.  has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, attested by the approval for payment by the Director of Public Works/City Engineer.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:

LaLonde Contractors, Inc. - 2014 Project No. 14

for sanitary sewer relay, sanitary sewer spot relays, concrete pavement patching, manhole adjustments and utility adjustments in:

W. Manitoba Street: S. 91^st St. to S. 96^th St.

 W. Dakota Street: S. 92^nd St. to S. 99^th St.

 W. Montana Street: S. 92^nd St. to S. 96^th St.

be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
