Ordinance to amend the official West Allis Zoning Map by rezoning certain properties located at 1753 S. 68 St., 1805-07 S. 68 St. and 1811-13 S. 68 St. from M-1 Manufacturing District to C-2 Neighborhood Commercial District (Tax Key Nos. 453-0752-002, 453-0754-000, and 453-0755-000)

 

Body

 

PART I.                       The Official West Allis Zoning Map described in Section 12.05 of the Revised Municipal Code is hereby amended to provide that the following described land shall be and is hereby rezoned from M-1 Manufacturing District to C-2 Neighborhood Commercial District, to-wit:

 

A tract of land being located in the Northwest ¼ of Section 3, Township 6 North, Range 21 East, City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, State of Wisconsin, describes as follows:

 

Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Lot 13 in Block 10 of the Gross West Allis Addition; thence Easterly, 30.00 feet, to the centerline of South 68th Street, said line being center of the right-of-way; thence Southerly, 180.00 feet, along said centerline to the south line of Lot 18, extended; thence Westerly, 158.80 feet, along said south line, to the centerline of adjoining alley; thence Northerly, 180.00 feet, along said line, to the north line of Lot 13, extended; thence Easterly, 127.76 feet, along said north line to the Point of Beginning.

 

Said land contains 0.655 Acres.

 

Said land being located at 1753 S. 68 St., 1805-07 S. 68 St. and 1811-13 S. 68 St. from M-1 Manufacturing District to C-2 Neighborhood Commercial District (Tax Key Nos. 453-0752-002, 453-0754-000, and 453-0755-000).

                     

PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

 

PART III.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
