Title

An Ordinance to Amend Subsection 9.21(3)(a) of the Revised Municipal Code Relating to Mobile Home Park Annual License Fee.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.                     Subsection 9.21(3)(a) of the Revised Municipal Code of the City of West Allis is hereby amended to read:

9.21                     MOBILE HOMES AND MOBILE HOME PARKS

(3)                     Annual License Fees.

* * *

(a)                     An annual license fee shall be charged each applicant to whom a license is granted of one hundred dollars ($100) for each fifty (50) spaces or fraction thereof.  A full license fee shall be charged for the full year or fraction thereof.

PART II.                     All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.                     This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
