Resolution approving the selection of Single Source, Inc. and Terra Venture Advisors for professional real estate consulting services related to acquisition, relocation, and other real estate activities for sites located throughout the City.
Body
WHEREAS, the City of West Allis and the Community Development Authority of the City of West Allis commonly requires the services of a real estate agent for acquisition, relocation, and other real estate activities associated with various activities including infrastructure improvements and redevelopment projects that include acquisition of real estate or right-of-way and purchase of tax delinquent properties; and,
WHEREAS, the Director of Development has requested and received proposals from qualified consultants for real estate services; and,
WHEREAS, the Department of Development staff have reviewed the proposals and recommends the selection of Single Source, Inc. and Terra Venture Advisors.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis, that the proposals of Single Source, Inc. and Terra Venture Advisors, for real estate services in connection with various City projects is hereby accepted and approved, a copy of said proposals are attached and made a part hereof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Development be, and is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract for the aforesaid services, a copy of said contracts are attached and made a part hereof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that funding for work under this contract for professional real estate services will be made available through various project budgets associated with the work to be performed.
