Ordinance to amend the official West Allis Zoning Map by rezoning 9.12 acres of land from the southeast corner of the State Fair Park property at 7722 W. Greenfield Ave. from SF State Fair Park District to C-3 Community Commercial District. (Tax Key No. 441-0105-001)

PART I. The Official West Allis Zoning Map described in Section 12.05 of the Revised Municipal Code is hereby amended to provide that the following described land shall be and is hereby rezoned from SF State Fair Park District to C-3 Community Commercial District, to-wit:
A tract of land located in the Southeast ¼ of Section 33, Township 7 North, Range 21 East, in the City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, State of Wisconsin, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said ¼ Section; thence North 88°06'43” East, 85.28 feet; thence North 01°53'17” West, 64.00 feet; thence North 88°06'43” East, 122.29 feet; thence South 86°10'39” East, 201.00 feet; thence North 88°06'43” East, 757.21 feet, to the Point of Beginning; thence North 00°47'41” West, 250.00 feet; thence South 88°38'13” East, 300.00 feet, to the point on concave curve with the radius of 783.52 feet, chord bearing of North 58°10'25”East and chord length of 735.27 feet; thence 765.34 feet along said curve; thence North 88°06'43” East, 209.93 feet, to the centerline of South 77th Street; thence South 00°47'41” East, 639.00 feet, to the South line of said Southeast ¼ Section; thence South 88°06'43” West, 1139.98 feet, along said South line; thence North 00°47'41” West, 44.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Said land contains 10.68 Acres, more or less (including portions of the city right of way).
Said land being located at 7722, 8100 and 8200 W. Greenfield Ave. from SF State Fair Park District to C-3 Community Commercial District (Tax Key No. 441-0105-001).
PART II. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
