Title

Resolution to amend Policy No. 1424 (Premium Pay Policy) by adding Paragraph 5.4.9 (Voting Equipment Technician Premium).

Body

WHEREAS, Policy No. 1424 (Premium Pay Policy) has been previously approved by the Common Council; and

WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend that policy to add a section on Voting Equipment Technician Premium that had previously not been anticipated or included.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that Policy No. 1424 is hereby amended by adding Paragraph 5.4.9 regarding the payment of a Voting Equipment Technician Premium.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Administrative Officer, Clerk/Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to include such amended policy in the City of West Allis Policies & Procedures Manual and distribute said amended policy to all appropriate departments and officials.
