Title
Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. O-2003-0073 regarding Section 3.05 of the City of West Allis Revised Municipal Code relating to the Rules for the Common Council.

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:
PART I. Section 3.05 of the City of West Allis Revised Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
3.05. Rules of Procedure for Common Council.

(1) Standing Committees.
(a) Standing Committees of the Common Council, and the number of Alderpersons assigned to each Committee shall be as follows:
1. Public Works - five (5) members.
2. Safety and Development - five (5) members.
3. License and Health Committee - five (5) members.
4. Administration and Finance Committee - five (5) members.
5. Advisory - five (5) members.
(b) Appointments to Standing Committees.
Appointments shall be made according to City of West Allis Policies and Procedures Policy No. 301, Committees of the Common Council.
(c) Functional Responsibilities. Functional Responsibilities are contained in City of West Allis Policies and Procedures Policy No. 301, Committees of the Common Council.
PART II. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
PART III. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and publication.
