Title

Resolution approving a Certified Survey Map by Wilde Family Limited Partnership, property owner, to consolidate 3 properties located at 3312 S. Wollmer Rd. and two undeveloped properties in the 3300 Block of S. Wollmer Rd. into one lot of record submitted by Pat Donahue on behalf of the Wilde Family Limited Partnership, property owner (Tax Key Nos. 523-9947-000, 523-9948-001, 523-9948-002).

 

Body

WHEREAS, Wilde Family Limited Partnership, the property owner, has submitted a Certified Survey Map to consolidate the existing properties into one lot of record, for the purposes of the construction of an employee parking lot at 3312 S. Wollmer Rd. and two undeveloped properties in the 3300 Block of S. Wollmer Rd.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis, that the Certified Survey Map of a parcel of land being a part of the SE ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 18, T6N, R21E in the City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, be and the same is hereby adopted.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the amount of time (after Common Council approval) to record the Certified Survey Map and its documents with the Milwaukee County Register of Deeds may be extended by agreement with the subdivider up to an additional 30 days. Within sixty (60) days of approval by the Common Council.
