Title

An Ordinance to amend Salary Ordinance No. O-2008-0016 establishing the salary ranges of certain employees in the Executive Service, the Managerial Service, the Deputy Service, and the Confidential, Professional and Supervisory Service of the City of West Allis for the years 2008-2010 (Assistant Director of Building Inspection & Neighborhood Services).

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.  The Attachment to Part III of Salary Ordinance No. O-2008-0016 (Attachment 3) shall be amended by adding the following position to the salary range of the Deputy Service (Deputies to Department Heads).

Assistant Director of Building Inspection & Neighborhood Services

$2,384.80 [Beginning Biweekly Rate (80%)]

$2,980.80 [Ending Bi-Weekly Rate (100%)]

PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and publication.
