Title

Resolution relative to accepting  the proposal of Community Newspapers, Inc. for providing publication services for an estimated sum of $15,000.00.

Body

WHEREAS, The Purchasing/Central Services Division has reported that it duly advertised a request for proposal for furnishing Common Council proceedings and legal notices for the City of West Allis, that the proposal received was reasonable; and,

WHEREAS, The Common Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of West Allis that the proposal of Community Newspapers, Inc. be accepted.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the proposal dated April 13, 2007 submitted by Community Newspapers, Inc. for providing publication services for the period June 1, 2007 through May 31, 2008 for an estimated sum of $15,000.00 in accordance with City of West Allis RFP #951 be and is hereby accepted.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Purchasing/Central Services Division be and is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the aforesaid service.
