Title

An Ordinance to Amend Subsection 2.19(8)(d)(1) & (d)(2) of the West Allis Revised Municipal Code Relating to Stipulations.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.      Subsection 2.19(8) of the Revised Municipal Code of the City of West Allis is hereby amended to read:

2.19      MUNICIPAL JUDGE.

(8)      Stipulations.

(d)(1)      Pursuant to section 938.17(2)(cm) of the Wisconsin Statutes, the Municipal Court Judge is authorized to impose upon a juvenile adjudged to have violated a City ordinance any disposition set forth in sections 938.343 and 938.344 of the Wisconsin Statutes.

(d)(2)      For a juvenile adjudged to have violated an ordinance who violates a condition of a dispositional order of the court under section 938.343 or section 938.344 of the Wisconsin Statutes.

PART II.      All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.      This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
