Body

BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the attached Summary of Negotiated Settlement between the City and the West Allis Federation of Nurses, Local 5038, for the period January 1, 2002 to and including December 31, 2002 be and is hereby approved.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officers and representatives be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute the aforesaid Summary of Negotiated Settlement on behalf of the City.
