Resolution to approve bid of William Beaudoin & Sons, Inc. for the installation of new storm sewer, new concrete curb and gutter, asphalt pavement, new concrete driveway approaches and utility adjustments in S. 76 St. East Service Drive from W. Cleveland Ave. to S. Van Dyke Pl., the milling and asphaltic resurfacing of N/S alley between S. 79 St.-S. 80 St., W. Hayes Ave. and W. Arthur Ave.; N/S alley between S. 78 St.-S. 79 St., W. Hayes Ave. and W. Arthur Ave.; N/S and E/W alley between S. 77 St.-S. 78 St., W. Lincoln Ave. and W. Hayes Ave., and the installation of storm sewer and utility adjustments in: Easement 352 feet north of W. Harrison Ave. from S. 84 St. to 148.5 feet west of S. 84 St., at the address 2547 S. 84 St., and the easement north of W. Kinnickinnic River Parkway from S. 72 St. to 135 feet east of S. 72 St., at the address 7128 W. Kinnickinnic River Parkway , in the amount of $238,912.60.

WHEREAS, The Board of Public Works reports that it duly advertised for bids for the furnishing of certain materials and the performance of all work required for the improvements in a certain area as hereinafter described; that the bids received as shown on the attached bid report were reasonable and hereby recommends and deems it to be for the best interests of the City of West Allis that the bid of William Beaudoin & Sons, Inc. for 2004 Project No. 20 be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the bid of William Beaudoin & Sons, Inc. for 2004 Project No. 20:
